This year in English we did many projects such as novel study, creating podcasts, writing narratives and oral presentations. each task always has the same structure. We always start out by learning to topic and getting shown videos or examples and then we write notes which will then help us to complete the project or prepare for the essay.
We read a bunch of books and studied them. This helped me see how different writers tell their stories and what makes them interesting. We also looked at things like grammar and how to use words well, which made me better at putting my thoughts into writing.
One thing I really liked was writing our own stories. It was hard, but it was fun to come up with my own ideas and put them on paper. Getting feedback from my teacher and classmates helped me get better at writing.
Working together in groups and talking about what we read was cool too. It showed me that people can see things in different ways, and it’s okay to have different opinions.
, like handling a lot of work and meeting deadlines. But dealing with those challenges taught me how to manage my time better.
