$20 Boss Market Reflection

This is Sofia’s Dog Using our product.

What I Did Well?

Throughout the market, I think I used collaboration to help and support my groupmates when they needs it.

During the process of making our product we had many complications but worked together to solve them. I think we have great teamwork and can collaborate well throughout the market. One of the hardest things we had to do is to work around our after-school activities, most of us have many other commitments that are hard to find a day we can all meet together, but at the end we finished and sold lots.

Capabilities

When making our product, we used organisation, problem-solving, and collaboration. An example of that is when one of the fabric padding was too small and we had improvised a way to go past it, so we just sewed on the padding in the centre.

There are many more examples that show that we can work together and get things done. When the market we fast approaching, we were not very prepared for it, But on the next two lessons we got everything done and was ready to sell our produts.

What I would do better

If I did this again I would like to change how we decorated our table. This is because it was quite hard to keep every thing togther and safe, some of the plants we used were messy and big, it did not really compliment our whole vibe. A other thing my group should working on is what we are ment to do on the market day, this is because all of us would go out and look at other stall and leave one there by themselves. But overall i think my group did very well and sold a lot.

Overall

The total outcome of this market was exciting and fun. I think I had a lot of fun working with people I had not to work with before. I like how I can learn new skills and knowledge from my groupmates.

The whole experience was fun and I learn new things quickly. $20 Boss will help me with jobs in the future.
