My design started as a lot of different animals, then we all put our work together and decided on the best one, our final design was a wolf. We worked as a team because me and Safeera took on different roles and worked together to paint the wolf, and any other work needed to be done. At first we painted the whole wolf in neon pink but after some second thoughts we changed our minds and wanted to do it in purple instead, so we had to repaint the entire piñata purple. After painting we had to stick the lights around and the pom poms, after all of this our pinata was finally finish
In the festival I had to walk onto the stage first out of everyone with Zoe, this was a very fun event because we got to show off our work to all the other groups and parents. Overall, the festival ran pretty smoothly but there was some confusion by the parents on where to go, but this was resolved after we lead them to the right place. The feedback I got from my peers and parents was very positive and everyone loved the festival and the pinatas.
