WHAT HAVE I LEARNT
One of the biggest things i learnt from this topic is that a long term effect of alcohol is that you can get cancer in 7 places including mouth throat liver bowel and breast i also learnt that a lot of people die from drunk driving each year and that alcohol has a really big effect on mental health
ADVICE I WOULD GIVE
that alcohol has a lot of really bad effects on your mental health , Alcohol also affects the part of your brain that controls inhibition(a feeling that makes one self-conscious and unable to act in a relaxed and natural way) but this goes away quite quick and most likly can go to some negative feelings, such as anger, depression or anxiety, regardless of your mood.
