This impacts my everyday life because without trust you have nothing. You need to trust your friends and your family etc. basically trust is linked with honestly because you have to know that the person is being honest to trust them
HAPPINESS
Happiness affects me because when you are not happy you can’t have the mindset to do things well and when we feel the joy it releases something called dopamine and serotonin and happiness can improve your sleep lower your blood levels
KINDNESS
Kindness is part of my life which I carry around with me everywhere I go because I believe what you put out into the world would always come back to you

1 Anthony Ervin is a famous swimmer who I admire. He has demonstrated that you can achieve your goals even when you have difficulty( Anthony Ervin has Tourette syndrome and suffers from depression). he has overcome his challenges to be a gold medallist at the Olympics.
2 Anthony Ervin has shown that he is a healthy role model both physically and mentally by being a great athlete and by overcoming his difficulties he speaks out to encourage others who have the same challenges
3 Anthony Ervin promotes to people that they can achieve their dreams even when things get tough. he encourages people to be honest if they need help with depression and not to hide it
4 people should look up to Anthony Ervin because his life story has been inspiring and he has overcome his challenges

MY BAD
There are many unhealthy role models
1 unhealthy role model behavior is demonstrated when they do things just for themselves or for the money, for selfish reasons. they often don’t care about other people.
2 This kind of people sometimes become very lonely and their life choices become poor
3 They sometimes promote not following the law and abuse there bodies this is not healthy
4 young people should not look up to this kind of person because they might end up being the same
5 in today’s world fake news is everywhere ! !!!!!!!!! things we see like pictures are photoshopped and the stories we hear on youtube for example might not be real
