This years camp, year 9 camp, presented many opportunities and challenges that come with working in a team. One way that I showed team working skills was in the cooking groups of camp. for this camp, we had to cook our dinners… on the ground… every night. to get our dinners ready in time we worked in cooking groups, and if you wanted to eat you had to contribute. this was fine for me I am fabulous at teamwork… and cooking sometimes. using my initiative I brought water to cook with and helped to make sure all the ingredients were ready and copped up. another skill I used to my advantage was my great communication skills to get the group working on time and to make sure everyone was participating to make the dinner and keep sand out of the dinner and make sure it cooked, because of food poising.
