I have been involved in the ASC Basketball club since 2016, where I have played with my team and friends. When I first started out, I was nervous and reluctant about trying this new sport, but once I had a feel for it, I began to love it. Throughout the many years I have played, I have made new friends, learned new skills, and most importantly, had a great time. I have also achieved things that I could never have imagined, like winning in our division in the Summer 2020/21 season and coming runner-up in the Winter 2022 season. I also have been awarded two ‘Best Defensive Player’ awards and one ‘Most Valuable Player’ award by my coaches, and I could not be more thankful for all the support they have given me to help me get there.
