InnovatEd was a place where I leant how to use my learning and social behaviour to my advantage. I  had to use the college values to connect and solve the problem. Using aspects of ERIC to positively intergrade my self into the RAAFA residence even if it was for short amount of time. I used Empathy to put myself in the RAAFA residents shoes, while at the same time being Respectful enough not to pry into uncomfortable details. I used Integrity to work to the best of my ability and Courage to hold my head high during our pitch to help and collaborate with RAAFA’s in solve problems. I also used my ability to connect with people help the RAAFA residents open up and feel like they were in a trusted and safe place so that I could properly understand any improvement they feel should be made.
