Over the past couple of weeks, I have been working on writing a letter to the member of parliament in humanities to try to help resolve the issue of the Great Barrier Reef. We have been working on civics and citizenship which has been helping us out on how to address the letter adequately, and who to send it to. It is important to have active participation with the member of parliament, especially at a young age, as having a say is vital. I have to send my letter to Ben Morton MP, who is the member of parliament for my suburb. Here is the letter that I have constructed:
