In year 10 we helped yr4 students to improve there reading. I mentored a girl for for 4months. I started to listen to her read. At first she was very quiet because she was bit shy. I complemented and encouraged her. i made conversation with her to make her feel more comfortable. over time louder and more confident with her reading.
