We have been working on a project of change, from the changes a seed makes growing into a plant or the change we make harvesting the crop and eating it. They are assessing if our video is entertaining yet informational about the topic.
How did you organise your group? Did each person have specific roles? Did each person have the opportunity to contribute their ideas? How would you improve your work in this aspect if you had another opportunity to repeat the project?
Yes, we did establish was very early in our project so we could get a clear idea of what was happening. We did this so we could get a clear understanding of time management and what each person needs to do. This was a great idea because we ended up getting a video done in time and we had a bit of time left over to put to editing. Everyone did have a chance to say their ideas and we make sure that everyone would have a chance to agree if one person didn’t agree with it we would re-think it or if everyone agreed that’s what we went with. If I could do anything differently I would probably make sure the plant would grow in time because at first, it didn’t work so we had to buy some.
Did your group have any disagreements? What strategies did you use to resolve these conflicts? How would you improve your work in this aspect if you had another opportunity to repeat the project?
No, our group did not have any major disagreements on stuff, we were mainly just discussing our ideas and hearing out everyone’s before deciding to remind the show not to have any hard feelings and we all kind of wanted to have the topic of plants that made it very easy to decide for us. We just need to decide what we’re planting.
How did your group manage your time? Did you finish the project on time? How would you improve your work in this aspect if you had another opportunity to repeat the project?
Our group did end up finishing on time the only thing we had to worry about was our plants growing in time which they ended up not growing in time. that was a shame but we had to figure out something else to do so we came up with the idea to buy some from the store and just say it just didn’t end up growing time but this is how they would have happened.
