During Semester 2, we had the choice to perform in a circus performance for InnovatED. Our performance came through, and we were able to perform at the Christmas market, but I personally felt that we needed to be more organised, because there were a lot of our performance that got cut, we even had a whole play within our circus planned. I was doing staff as my performance, and there were about 8 or so performances. But the major problem to why we couldn’t perform our full circus was because of the simple lack of interest in the club. We had a massive plan, but then we had to fall back on a smaller one, and when that fell apart, we had to fall back AGAIN on the very small plan. Learning from this, I believe that we needed to understand the goal, support each other, and put more commitment into what we were doing.
