Wayne’s World๐ŸŽฎ๐ŸŽฎ

Or Liveable Cities๐ŸŒ†๐Ÿ™

Wayne’s World 5 is a Minecraft world that we worked together to create a liveable city that has “coolstuff” and inclusivity. I am working with my fellow classmate Callum Johnston to create the sporty city. Our city has adapted the Westminster system and has a tricameral system or three levels of government, the Corporate assembly, the Senate and the Judicial Assembly. We have 3 house so all laws are checked by over 100 people, we have 60 seats in the Corporate assembly, 40 in the Senate and 32 in the Judicial assembly. A couple of weeks ago we transferred into survival mode and the world currency was tulips๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒท๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฒ. Mr Wong (Our Teacher) wanted our city to be inclusive and have “Coolstuff”.

Wealth

We currently have 8 and almost a half of stacks of tulips or 535 tulips, we have made many trades and bought many things.

COOLSTUFF

In our city we have waterslides๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿšฟ, an aquarium๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿฆˆ๐Ÿก, an in-progress hotel featuring bar๐Ÿท๐Ÿพ๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅ‚, restaurant ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅ“๐Ÿง‡๐ŸŒญ๐Ÿฅž๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฟ๐ŸŸand comfortable suites ๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ›and we have the best sports complex, that not only is used for sports but also concerts.๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ€๐Ÿฅ…โšฝ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŽค

Wayne’s World 5 is a Minecraft world that we built a city in. We started in creative mode to design our city, we made a parliament, a farm, an energy source and other cool stuff. A couple of weeks ago we transferred into survival mode for our economics inquiry. Our city top class sports complex allows you to have fun whilst exercising for example, inside this complex we have a variety of sports, such as wheelchair basketball, soccer and we are currently building a swimming pool to cater for everyone. One of our top priorities is to make sure children and adults in our city exercise each day and stay healthy by eating fresh fruit and vegetables per day from our farm. We believe that a healthy lifestyle can impact how your brain works.

What is a liveable city?

A liveable city needs a water, food and electricity source, and health care facilities, infrastructure, transport, education and public spaces.

Over the course of this project many surprises/challenges have hit us, one of them being that the currency in our survival world is tulips and that we get taxed for not having a dam and/or getting a low rating from an inspector from another class. Mr Wong๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿซ (Our Teacher) wants us to have heaps of cool stuff in our city and buy from the world bank as much as possible. The World Bank is where we can buy or trade for other resources, we can trade with other cities too, it is similar to the real world economy. Cool stuff is essential because people need to have fun, relax and unwind from work. Some of the cool stuff we have in our city is a sport complex that not only offers exercise but a wider range of activities such as concerts, host sporting events. An aquarium (which there is no photo of) and an in-progress hotel and library. We have a lot of bushland in our city that people can utilise for bike-riding, hiking, days out and bushwalking . Our facilities are top-quality but affordable, for a thriving community. An inspector from the other class comes into the world and explores each of our cities one at a time, then they rate it out of ten, the rating is based on its inclusivity, livability and what cool stuff they have.

Inclusivity

Our city is very inclusive, it has a range of activities for all kinds of people, including the LGTBQI+. Our city encourages you to come in, we have equal rights for all people, no matter the race, gender or religion. We believe everybody is the same, no-one is above anyone, there all equal.

This is our farm growing beetroot, melons, wheat and other fruit and veg.
Our in-progress hotel will become available for reservations, also featuring a bar, restaurant and cinema. This hotel will cater for everyone including the LGTBQI+ community.
Our waterpark has waterslides that caters for all age group and adult, there is also a big trampoline.
This is our parliament house which is where our government Ten Nis lives.
This is one of our 3 electricity supplies, this is our Geothermal plant which produces electricity for the city
These are our wind turbines, which is one of our cities largest energy source
This is our sports complex which caters for a wide range of people. Our sports complex is available to each citizen in our city – free if charge and open 24-7โ˜บ. It offers basketball, netball, soccer and swimming. It also caters for disabled people offering a wheelchair basketball court and an in-progress swimming pool. The grandstand around the courts caters for 1,000 spectators so citizens can watch and support their chosen team/s. Courts will be reserved at certain times because of the various programs and fixtures going ahead. This complex is similar to Perth’s RAC Arena where it may be used for concerts๐ŸŽคโ˜บ. The complex’s main energy source is from our geothermal plant, which is an efficient source.
