This year I made the 2021 Interschool athletics team for the ‘B’ Division ACC Carnival held at the State Athletics Centre. I got into 4 by 100-meter relay. Meaning I was not only competing by myself but as a team. A few weeks before we arranged training sessions at lunchtime so we would be prepared to use the baton on the day, in hope to get the fastest time possible. In the end, we came fourth out of eight teams, not winning however we persisted and compted to the best of our abilities.
