As part of the 2022 Stirling House Council it is one of my duties to organise a fundraiser for Beyond Blue. This year we decided as a cohort to do the previously successful bake sale. To advertise this event we created posters and placed them around the school, spoke at chapel and went around to tutor groups. On the day during our 25 minute selling period we made $450 all in which will go towards Beyond Blue. Beyond Blue provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live. This experience has allowed me to use my communication and collaboration skills as well as time management.
