Yoga and Meditation

On Tuesday we did Yoga followed by meditation. Yoga and meditation relaxed and calmed me physically and mentally. I learnt different Yoga positions. Doing an extended session allowed me to experience a deeper Yoga experience. I am not very flexible so pretty much all of it was challenging to me, however, my partner and I were good at the partnered Yoga. The three main skills were flexibility and balance to do the position, and focus to maintain the position.

The past two weeks have made me a better person because it has allowed me to experience new things, making me more open to trying different things in the future.
