In my group was Rohan, Eli and Leah.
For Innovate Ed this semester I chose to do $20 boss. Our product for the market was lazer cut wooden or acrylic keychains.
I found that this experience was very valuable and enjoyable, it allowed us to futher understand how to work in a business better. We were also really successful in this market as we made over $600.
The main capability that we used was collaboration. This is because we had to collaborate a lot in brainstorming ideas on what to make our product on. Another capability that we used was problem solving, we used this when we hadn’t have an idea of what our packaging was going to be. So we decieded that we wouldn’t need to have packaging and sold the keychains seperately.
The Design Thinking process was really important for us because we had to prototype a lot. We prototyped the different types of materials like wood and acrylic, we also had to prototype how complex the designs could be without it taking to long to make.
Overall, this was a very enjoyable and valuable experience. I feel like our team worked really well together, and hope to work with them again.

We made alot less than we did last semester, we only made $300+. In this semester we also didn’t have to run for CEO.
