Keys for life (health assessment)

What were the biggest things you learnt while completing this task?  The biggest thing I learnt while completing this task is how dangerous speeding is. That it contributes to almost half of the road fatalities and a quarter of serious injuries each year and that there is only a 10% chance that a pedestrian will survive the impact from a car going faster than 50km/h.
What one piece of advice would you pass on to young drivers above all else? Why?  One piece of advice I would pass on to young drivers above all else is to not speed. Pay attention to the speed limits and to your surroundings. Speeding is really hazardous and if something goes wrong (of which there is a very high possibility) many people will be affected and it will be a big regret for you.
Write down a pledge that you will commit to when you start driving. Why did you pick these things to commit to? How will you stick to these commitments?  Through this task I learnt that there are many dangers that come with driving. When I start driving, I pledge to never speed even when I am running late, to never drink and drive and to always drive safely. I chose these things to commit to because they are important and vital for drivers to follow as they will save lives. I will stick to these commitments by always having a backup plan and getting my friends to help me stick to my commitments.
