ASC Capabilities Wheel:

I was lucky enough to have served the college as both the Junior School Cowan House Captain, and a Year 7 Service Representative. Through both of which I have truly learned the importance of the ASC Capabilities. One of the capabilities that I found was of high importance and significance was Collaboration. Teamwork is a very important skill that is needed throughout life, as it helps in forming networks and friendships, it allows work and productivity to flow well, and it allows people to achieve things faster and easier. In my role, I was required to be involved in many group activities and tasks. It was great to hear others’ thoughts and ideas during planning Well-being Day, when setting up for morning fitness, and when organising a ‘Reading Mentorship’ program for the year 1’s.
