Questions About Me

1) What is the most essential capability, and why? – To me, the most essential capability is creativity. This is the most essential capability to me because, without creativity, we would not be able to innovate. People would not find unique and memorable ways to solve problems and create things that no one would have ever thought of.

2) What is something I am most proud of? I am most proud of when I flew on a plane by myself to get to Melbourne to go to Japan with my dad. I am proud of this because this was the first time I went on a plane by myself. I was very nervous as I needed to find the terminal and board the plane by myself when I was 9 years old.

3) What are some qualities that make me stand out? Some qualities that make me stand out are my creativity, good communication skills, and respect for others. These qualities together, I believe, make me a good friend and a person you can rely on to help you out when you need it.

4) Which ERIC capabilities are the most important to you? – The most essential ERIC capability to me is respecting. The most essential eric capability is respect because I believe that respect is the building block for most things. For example, friendships are kept through respect for each other. Respect also helps people to be able to express themselves and helps us to feel safe to be respected what we can do and who we are.
