Our Journey
My group consisted of 4 people Me, Xander, Max, and Charlie as a group we had lots of skills that could help us created our product. Our first product idea was sniff and scratch stickers and in the beginning, we thought that this idea was great and we were going to make a lot of money but we soon found out after designing and preparing for this product that it wasn’t going to work the preparation of the scratch and sniff stickers was too complicated and took to long. So after admitting defeat we sat in our group and thought of a new idea for a product but we couldn’t think of any so we decided to look for inspiration on the internet and after going on the internet for literally 2 minutes we had found our new idea. This was an idea that was simple but with the right design could be executed very well it was… Keychains and after getting our hopes up again on our new ideas we started on our journey. Our design processing journey. As we where very excited about our new idea we created lots of different designs like alphabet keychains, puzzle Keychains we even got permission from the eagles to used their logo as a keychain things were looking good. But then disaster struck we found out that the market was gonna be held in around 2 weeks and we realized that even though we had a new idea we spent to much time on the scratch and sniff stickers. We where in a bit of a pickle so we combined our heads together to think of a solution and after a little bit of discussion our group decided on an solution. The solution is that we could make just 1 design so our group decided to make wooden and plastic alphabet keychains. To get this done our group had to grind and after almost missing the deadline we had done we had managed to create all our alphabet keychains and we were ready to sell and the market.
Summary
Our group after this hard trying project had finally ended we gained lots of experience. We learned that time management was incredibly important and we learned that if we put in hard work, sweat and dedication we can complete any task or project no matter how impossible it seems we understand this first hand now as even though we only had 1 design of our keychain we still managed to make a profit.
