A few years ago, I gathered up with my friend and my sister to form a Trio. Our Trio throughout the year would go and busk in the public for money, raising funds to give useful appliances to the homeless, such as toiletries, water, food etc. We managed to raise fund of over 300 dollars in about a month and traveled to the city to give to the homeless and see the smiles we would put on their faces. A few months ago, the quartet I’m in busked in the city for one hour and raised funds for the Ronald Mcdonald house, (an organisation to help seriously ill children). We managed to raise over 200 dollars that day.
