this year me and some other year 9 and 10 went on a one day camp to Dwellingup for the day. we had 3 groups one with Mr Kinear, Mrs Bykerk and Mrs Stieber. we had Mr Kinear. the bus left at 7am and got there at 8:30am. we spent another 30 more minutes on the bus because the people were cutting down the trees. when we got to the kayaking we had to seal launch. i almost flip over but i used my quick thinking skill to put my paddle in the water and rebalanced myself think used problem solving because if I didn’t do that I would be very cold for the rest of the day. we when back onto the bus and when to the camp site. to cook are meals for lunch. Josh, Ej and I made burgers, they very tasty. we used teamwork to build the fire and light it on fire. once we ate our burgers we had to wash up and clean up and that didn’t take very long. then we walked up to the high ropes course. most people found this very fun and i also did. i got double locked 3 times so i kept trying to unlock it. it took many try’s but i manage to get it unlocked. the most fun one was the zipline course. on the way back a lot of people fell asleep on the bus including me. it was a very fun day.
