Snorkelling

During our periods of snorkelling this semester we have use lots of capabilities but the two ones that stand out to me is effective communication and leadership and resilient. these one stick out to me because you need to communication because you need to know if you buddy is feeling okay or not and to tell them to not go that far. i was the leader of my group because Emmanuel Joseph Tan was a bit slower than me. i showed resilience because when we were practicing snorkelling i had no wetsuit so i had to find a way to be warm. the thing i did to stop being as cold was i did not stop moving. we got to learn how to duck dive and equalize, we learnt this at Coogee. when we did it at Coogee it was very cold because i did not bring a wetsuit. some thing i want to improve on is the duck diving and equalizing because i was not very good at it.

last term we did orienteering and we did it at Perry lakes the skills we learnt how to do was using a compass, putting the red in the shed, pacing and how to read a map and we also learnt how to work out the bearings and we also learnt to measure the distance between point. the capabilities we used whist doing it was problem solving because you would have to get from one place to another with out getting lost. you also use problem solving when you got lost because you would have to find your way back. the other capabilities we used was collaborative because you had to talk to your group so you can find out
