Organisation

At the start of the project I got a bit behind when we were working through our visual diary and ended up having to word hard to finish it on time. After the visual diary I made sure to stay on track for the rest of the project when making the amulet so I wasn’t rushing towards then end before it was due.

Inquisitive

My final design changed a lot compared to the original one I drew in my visual diary because I changed my mind on how I wanted my amulet to look when it is done. I also changed the colours and stones I was originally going to use as I don’t think I would have had time to fully finish it in the amount of time we had.

Problem Solving

I originally thought I would paint my whole amulet with a gold paint but once I actually did this I quickly realised this wasn’t going to look good. I has to think of something else to use and decided on gold, bronze and silver leaf that I stuck on using a mixture of glue and water.

Creative

All together I am pretty happy with my amulet. I think it may have looked better if I spent more time experimenting on the lines down the side and what colour I painted them.
