So far for our civics project we have:
- decided on the subject
- started planning booth
- found some refrences
- started on the research
- and done the exibition plan
- Capabilities weel
Our topic is about the Ted Bundy case and how its events have effected how we as a world view serial killers today.
We planned what we wanted our booth to look like and what it will include, such as evidence boards, timelines, interviews from the case, information from the case ect. we drew up a plan of what we think it will look like at the end. The aim of it is to look like a mini meuseum.
We found some refrences and did some research on the case and did 5 out of the 10 apa structure refrences needed.
We also filled out the capabilities weel and showed which things we will need to use for the prject and did other things in the bookle such as timeline for doing things and making things for the final assesment.
Our capabilities are:
- effective comunication
- collaboration
- problem solving
- inquisitive
- creative
These are all very important in every aspect of life but especially in a HASS project like this one.
Annie and I have discovered important informantion relating to the case in the past few weeks including finding out specific evidence from the case and hearing from his ex girlfiriend liz and her daughter. And finding all the confirmed victems and alleged victems that he killed aswell.
This progress report demonstrates the requirements for the task explaining the key components well. However, I think more explicit and depth is required in order to produce a stronger and more engaging project.
The plan for how your final booth will look is very clear and well set out. You could put a file with Ted Bundy’s personal information like the personal files the police use. I think it would be an interesting and engaging way to show his information.
Providing an overview of what the HASS+ Project actually is would be a useful start of this post.
For the capabilities wheel – it could be useful to give a brief description of how each of these capabilities is used within the project, and include an image of the wheel itself.
For what you have completed so far, you should write a small paragraph about what these steps entailed – especially a paragraph about research and your APA citations (though you do mention them briefly).
I think you should include more detail in your future planning, and the timeline you have used so far – this shows the organisation and time management you need for this project.
I think the idea and layout for your final product will be an effective way of presenting your information – and I love the idea of creating an evidence board, as this is an interesting and engaging product. I do question, however, what your ‘info’ part of your layout suggests – e.g. what medium you intend to use to present said information.

The post was laid it in an easy to read format the diagram of what your stand would look like was a great visual aid to add in. Next time, try to expand on the capabilities in more detail and explain why they are important for your project.
Your project has been effectively planned out and sounds cool and entertaining. In order, to improve, I think that you could make a project timeline to make the project easier to complete. For your next project update, you can also improve by expanding on how you use each specific capability.
